Welcome to my newest idea, food blogging!!
My husband and I go out to eat quite a bit and always trying
new places. We love to be critics and give our opinions. Although we have had
some pretty BAD experiences we have been having some really good ones lately.
So I thought why not start taking pictures of our dishes, and posting our opinions on here
for you to decide whether you try it out or not :)
The first place I would like to start with is a little Pizza Pub located in Broomfield.
Called Proto's Pizza.
My husband and I had a date night at 1st Bank Center and arrived about 4 hours
to early, so we decided to find food close by. There really wasn't anything within walking
distance besides Proto.
We walked in and was immediately welcomed by the friendly bar tender, Pat.
He told us the specials and we decided to order a medium Pizza Margherita.
On this very good looking pie was - San Marzano tomatoes,
mozzarella and fresh basil.
No sauces, nothing fancy... it was a REAL Italian Pie, just the way I like it.
We really enjoyed this place, and the service that we received.
I would highly recommend it if you are up in the Broomfield area.
